"I will restore the years the locusts have eaten."
Pain. Despair. Anxiety. Fear. Confusion. Frustration. Depression. Pride. Lust. Selfishness. Disease. Sickness. Abandonment. Rejection. War. Famine.
Life is brutal. People are suffering and cannot figure out what is going on inside them or why it is happening. Answers are difficult to find if anyone even has time to look for them. Is living strong even possible? How much effort does it require? How does anyone make it in this world?
Thankfully, there is a way of life that is possible for anyone that will quiet the internal war and provide secure strength. The life is not a life of striving but of receiving, not of gaining but of losing. The way of life is following Jesus.
Today, Jesus still offers and fulfills His promise, "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Jesus has the power and the ability to restore life, no matter how bad it has been torn and tattered. Restoration is why He came. Restoration is why He was crucified. And restoration is why He was resurrected. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
When Jesus is involved hope abounds.
CORE ministers the restorative work of Jesus one person, one step, one issue at a time. Every one of us in CORE are intimately familiar with Jesus's restorative work through our own stories.
We are ready to help you in anyway we can. May the Lord continue to lead you to His truth for your life in all that you are and do.
This video describes a tool we have called the Eph 1 Diagram. The Eph 1 Diagram is like the top of a puzzle box, it helps show you the big picture of who God is, the condition of the world, and the work He is doing. The Eph 1 was developed by our pastor. He uses this video for his consulting ministry, Trexo.
